Christiana Heinz, MCSP

Christiana Heinz is a senior Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience.

She has a particular interest in low back pain, pelvic, hip and shoulder disorders and their rehabilitation.

Christiana has been teaching Pilates since 2003 starting in Perth Australia, where she also did her mat work Pilates instructor training.

Since 2006 she has been teaching Pilates at the Cambridge Physiotherapy clinic where she works as a Physiotherapist.

She is committed to continually updating her Pilates knowledge and techniques by reguarly attending courses run by the APPI (Modified Pilates for Skiers, the Theraband, Exercise Ball, Performance Pilates for Cyclists, Pilates for Osteoporosis, Scolosis, Kids & Teens, 3D Standing, Reformer on the mat using the Pilates band, Spinal Surgery and Menopause). In November 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2018 she attended the APPI Pilates Conference.
