ZOOM PHYSIO PILATES CLASSES:

(Intermediate and advanced)

MONDAY:     08.25 to 09.25 

THURSDAY:  17.00 to 18.00

'Zoom' Physio Pilates classes will be a 60 minute group session for £12 per session. Classes will be limited to a maximum of 10 participants per class.

I also offer Zoom Physio Pilates on a one to one basis. 

FACE TO FACE PHYSIO PILATES CLASSES 

At the Abington Village Institute

BEGINNER CLASS

MONDAY: 13.15 to 14.15

6 weeks course from 08/04 to 13/05/2024

Intermediate class

Monday: 14:20 to 15:20 

6 weeks course from 08/05 to 13/05/2024

I also offer Face to Face Physio Pilates on a one to one basis.

Physio Pilates classes run in blocks of 6 weeks costing £14 per session. Places should be booked in advance and paid at the start of the course for the whole block.

Unfortunately, there will be no refund for missed classes.

Participants will be limited to a maximum of ten people in the intermediate class and six people in the beginners' class.

What to bring:

Mat, cushion and comfortable clothes.
